From Tenerife South Airport, you have two comfortable options.

By TAXI, you will get directly to Ponderosa for approximately €40, the journey takes about 20 minutes.

GREEN BUS No. 40 (TITSA) runs directly from the airport towards Costa Adeje / Las Américas. The journey takes approximately 35–38 minutes, the bus runs every ~15 minutes and the ticket price is approximately €3.70. At night, night line 711 operates.

Yes, check-in is possible anytime, even at night. The code box (key box) is located directly next to the door of your specific apartment — not at the complex entrance, but right at your room door. Inside you will find your keys.

Exact instructions — including the code and directions on how to get to the apartment — will be sent to you in advance via WhatsApp or SMS.

⚠️ Important: Under Spanish law, all visitors are required to fill in their personal details at the ground floor of Ponderosa (a small reception area). We will ask you to do this upon arrival — it is a quick process that only takes a few minutes.

A few days before your arrival, our colleague will contact you — via WhatsApp or SMS — and arrange with you all the details regarding check-in.

This person will be available to you throughout your stay. In case of any questions or problems, you can contact them at any time.

Our apartments are not hotel-style — they are individual, fully furnished apartments with their own kitchen, bathroom and everything you need for a comfortable stay. We do not offer hotel services such as reception, daily cleaning service or breakfast.

What we do offer: for stays over 10 days, we can arrange towel exchange. Each apartment also has a washing machine, so you can do laundry yourself at any time.

Of course! Towels and bed linen are prepared in each apartment — 1 large bath towel and 1 towel per person. So in studios (for 2 people) you will find 2 bath towels and 2 towels. In larger apartments, there is always a set according to the number of guests.

For stays over 10 days, we can arrange a bed linen change upon request.

Yes! Each apartment has beach blankets available to take to the beach. There is no need to bring large towels to the beach — a beach blanket is always available in every apartment.

Definitely yes. The apartments are connected to fiber optic with a speed of approximately 600 Mbps download and 100 Mbps upload. You can easily handle video calls, work with cloud applications, and streaming.

Currently, the pools are not heated, however, thanks to the year-round sunny weather in Tenerife, the water in the pools is pleasant for most of the year.

Work is underway to prepare pool heating, so this option may be available in the future.

Air conditioning is available in the Azure View apartment. Other apartments are equipped with powerful ceiling fans, which create a pleasant breeze — many guests even find them more pleasant than classic air conditioning.

Combined with the ocean air and drafts, the temperature in the apartments is comfortable all year round.

Our apartments are located in the Ponderosa apartment building at Avenida de los Pueblos, Costa Adeje, Tenerife.

The best entrance to the complex is from the back, via Avenida de los Pueblos — we recommend using this entrance as it is much easier and more straightforward than the front entrance on Calle Venezuela.

It is an excellent location — just 350 meters from El Bobo beach, 400 meters from the beach promenade full of restaurants and within walking distance of all the main attractions of southern Tenerife.

Each apartment is fully furnished for a comfortable stay. Standard amenities include:

Kitchen (studios have a double hob and microwave, Azure View and Sun Rays Bay apartments have a full stove), bathroom with towels, washing machine, Smart TV (55" in some apartments), high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber 600 Mbps), terrace with a view and bed linen.

In the complex, there are 2 pools and free parking available.

Free parking is available directly in the Ponderosa complex. If the parking lot is full, you can also park for free on the surrounding streets.

If there is no space there either, there is a large public parking lot about 700 meters from the apartments (near the police station). You can also park at the Magma building in Costa Adeje.

You can rent a car directly at Tenerife South Airport, where you will find all the major rental companies. From the most affordable ones, we recommend the Spanish company CICAR, as well as GOLDCAR or PLUSCAR. We recommend booking in advance online — prices are significantly lower than on site.

Definitely yes! Supermarkets such as HiperDino and SPAR are usually open until 21:00 – 22:00. There is also a large Mercadona nearby in the San Eugenio shopping center.

As for restaurants — on the promenade, which is just 400 meters from the apartments, you will find dozens of open restaurants even late in the evening.

Tenerife offers an incredible amount of activities:

Beaches: El Bobo (350 m), La Pinta (ideal for children), La Troya, Playa del Duque (luxury), Fañabé (longest), Las Teresitas (Saharan sand).

Nature & excursions: Teide volcano, Anaga rainforest, natural pools in Garachico, Los Gigantes cliffs, botanical garden Puerto de la Cruz.

For families with children: Aqualand, Monkey Park, Jungle Park, Loro Parque (TOP zoo).

Shopping: Siam Mall, San Eugenio Shopping Centre (Mercadona), LIDL, Los Agaves Fruteria near Ponderosa — fresh fruit.
